SRB is engaged in imparting cell based solutions to companies and is primarily involved in research, development and training and to provide solutions in the area of cell biology and genetic engineering. SRB undertakes turnkey projects in the area of stem cells and cord blood banking. SRB is outsourced in the area of stem cells and provide them with infrastructure support including developing protocols for stem cell banking. It also holds provisional patents in tissue engineering applications. SRB is geared toward developing intellectual property in the biotechnology field. SRB routinely offers hands-on training programs to biotechnology students. SRB is also involved in contract research and consultancy. Our in-house R&D facility has been accredited by the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research (DSIR).
